This is a full-package rate for each registration type designed to cover your meals and ensure maximum networking time.

  • Day 1 Lunch: Full lunch service on Tuesday, June 23rd.

  • Day 1 Networking Social: Dedicated evening event on Tuesday, June 23rd, featuring poster lesson plan gallery walk and topic tables.

    • Note: Attendance at the Networking Social is required to earn full Continuing Education Credit.

  • Day 2 Lunch: Full hot/cold lunch service on Wednesday, June 24th.

  • Full Access to all speaker presentations and presented lesson plan materials for those sharing digitally.

    1. Use the following link for directions on how register for the credit.
    2. Conference Session Log - Document your conference activities to earn credit. To earn one credit, you must log 15 contact hours which includes 1 hour visiting exhibitors, attending the general assembly, and attending the banquet. Turn the Conference Session Logs (with total contact hours noted and list of ideas you took away from each session) along with a completed reflection paper of about 1 page to harmony.richman@vcsu.edu by June 30th at 11:59 PM.  Please keep a copy for your records. 
    Attending the General Assembly and Networking Social/Poster Session/Roundtable Discussion on Tuesday, June 23rd from 5:15 PM to 7:15 PM is required to earn credit. Admission to this evening session was included with your conference registration fee.
